Welcome to another exciting year at Lake Simcoe!
We are eager to see our returning students and meet our new students later this morning. Today is the first day of school for our SK to grade 8 students. Supervision will begin on the yard at 9:00 a.m. Parents and guardians are asked to remain off the yard for the safety of all our students.
Beginning at 9:00 a.m. staff will be on the yard to begin organizing students into our new classes for the year. Teachers will be holding signs with grade numbers and students in grades 1-8 should make their way to their respective grade level.
Students in year 2 of kindergarten, our senior kindergarten students, will enter their classrooms from the front of the building near the kindergarten yard. There will be kindergarten educators at the gate to greet your child and take them to their respective classrooms.
